Mentor Terms of Service

These terms outline the responsibilities, rights, and expectations for mentors participating in the DotPlus platform.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all mentors, trainers, instructors, or service providers ("Mentor") operating under or in partnership with this platform/company ("Company"). By offering any service, training, guidance, or content, the Mentor agrees to comply with the terms below.

Important Notice

Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension, termination, legal action, and financial liability.

Professional Conduct & Responsibility

  • Mentors must maintain a professional, respectful, and ethical standard at all times.
  • Harassment, abusive language, unprofessional behavior, or misconduct toward clients or staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Mentors must not make false promises, misleading claims, or unrealistic guarantees (including "profits", "fixed returns", "no-loss strategies", etc.).
  • Mentors must provide accurate, transparent information within the limits of their expertise.

No Financial Guarantees or Fund Handling

  • Mentors are NOT allowed to take, manage, or handle client funds under any circumstances.
  • Mentors must not portray themselves as financial advisors, fund managers, or licensed professionals unless legally certified AND approved by the Company.
  • Any claim of "guaranteed profit", "risk-free", "fixed signals", or similar wording is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All client information (names, messages, payments, personal data) is confidential.
  • Sharing, leaking, or using client data outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized communication with clients outside approved channels is not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the Company.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All training material, videos, PDFs, voice notes, files, and strategies created for the Company belong to the Company unless a separate contract states otherwise.
  • Mentors cannot sell, resell, or distribute Company content anywhere else without written approval.
  • Any attempt to copy, repurpose, or remove content outside the platform will result in immediate action.

Accuracy & Information Standards

  • Mentors must ensure that all educational content is accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading.
  • Fabricated results, manipulated screenshots, or misleading proof are strictly prohibited.
  • Any content shared must be original or properly credited with permission.

No Misuse of Authority

Mentors must not:

  • Threaten clients
  • Bully clients
  • Force clients into upgrades or additional purchases
  • Use fear tactics ("You will fail if you don't buy", etc.)
  • Misuse their role to gain personal financial or emotional benefit

Communication Standards

  • All responses must be polite, respectful, and professional.
  • Mentors must respond within a reasonable timeframe as defined by the Company.
  • Disagreements with clients must be handled calmly and escalated to management if needed.

Liability for Misconduct

Mentors are fully responsible for any damage caused by:

  • Wrong information
  • Misleading statements
  • Unapproved promises
  • Unethical behavior
  • Violation of platform rules

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove the Mentor and pursue legal or financial recovery if needed.

Payment & Compensation Rules

  • Mentors must follow the Company's payment structure and cannot demand direct payments from clients privately.
  • Any attempt to bypass the Company for personal gain will result in termination.
  • Bonuses or commissions depend on performance and compliance with policies.

Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation

  • Mentors cannot divert clients to personal platforms, groups, or paid programs without Company approval.
  • Selling competing services to existing clients is prohibited for up to 12 months after termination.

Termination Policy

The Company may suspend or terminate a Mentor immediately without compensation if:

  • Misconduct is observed
  • Client complaints are verified
  • Fraudulent behavior is detected
  • Confidential information is leaked
  • Policies are violated

All access, payments, and privileges will be revoked upon termination.

Amendments & Compliance

  • The Company reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, revise, or amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  • The Mentor's continued engagement, participation, or provision of services shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of all updated or modified terms.
  • Any refusal, failure, or delay in complying with these Terms will result in immediate disciplinary action, including suspension, termination, and potential legal consequences.
Acceptance

By continuing, the Mentor confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions, and accept full accountability for their conduct under this Agreement.
